Position Summary We are currently seeking applicants for the position of Anatomy & Physiology Instructor that starts in June 2024. Your primary responsibility will include developing and delivering engaging and evidence-based curriculum content, facilitating classroom and clinical learning experiences, and evaluating student performance. We are looking for applicants in casual role. Key Accountabilities

• Provide instruction in anatomy and physiology to students enrolled in a variety of post-secondary health programs.
• Facilitate the development, implementation, revision, and maintenance of Anatomy curriculum under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
• Plan and deliver content and learning activities that reflect the values, beliefs, needs, and contributions of a culturally diverse community.
• Utilize LMS for in person, online, and blended course delivery.
• Manage the classroom/lab/activities to ensure an optimal learning environment using an outcome-based approach.
• Work cooperatively with program coordinators and colleagues in an interdependent \xe2\x80\x9cteam\xe2\x80\x9d environment.

Key Selection Criteria The ideal candidate must hold:

• Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Anatomy & Physiology in addition to a Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in a related field.
• Two years recent/relevant successful post-secondary teaching experience in applying the theories, practices and principles of adult education in the classroom/laboratory setting.
• Ability to arrange, maintain and evaluate resources.
• Demonstrated competence and recent experience in the use of the internet, e-mail, MS Office Suite software and ability to learn and adapt to changing technology.
• Demonstrates valuing diversity.
