CFOs, COOs, and CIOs
to design and implement advanced planning solutions that transform finance, operations, and decision-making capabilities. You will lead end-to-end Anaplan implementations--spanning FP&A, Supply Chain, and Sales planning--while mentoring teams and engaging directly with clients to deliver measurable business impact.
The ideal candidate is a certified Anaplan professional with a deep understanding of financial and operational planning processes and the ability to architect scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead design, architecture, and implementation of
Anaplan models
for FP&A, Supply Chain, and Sales planning solutions.
Conduct senior-level client workshops, define user stories, and translate business requirements into effective model designs.
Manage
prototype builds, data integration, model optimization, and production releases
on the Anaplan platform.
Design and deliver dashboards, analytics, and visualization components.
Provide
quality assurance
, manage delivery risks, and oversee project execution within timelines and budgets.
Lead
training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support
for client teams.
Guide and mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, inclusive, high-performance culture.
Build strong client relationships, contribute to
business development
, and support proposal creation and presentations.
Stay current on industry trends, Anaplan updates, and emerging best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications & Experience
5-10 years
of professional experience in enterprise performance management (EPM), financial planning, or supply chain planning.
3-5+ years
of hands-on experience leading
Anaplan model architecture and implementation
projects.
Proven track record as a
solution architect
for mid-to-large-scale Anaplan implementations.
Strong understanding of
financial, supply chain, and sales planning
processes.
Expertise in translating complex data and calculation logic into model structures.
Skilled in
Agile project methodology
and working in multi-disciplinary teams.
Excellent
stakeholder engagement, leadership, and communication
skills.
Certified Anaplan Solution Architect
or
Master Anaplanner
(mandatory or highly preferred).
Bachelor's degree in
Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or Engineering
(Master's preferred).
