L'analyste principal en intelligence d'affaires est responsable de la preparation et de la

visualisation des donnees, de l'ingenierie et de la gouvernance des donnees, du support a

l'automatisation des taches et des rapports recurrents, de produire des analyses d'affaires et de

gerer des projets en collaboration avec les membres de son equipe. Il pourrait aussi etre implique

dans les projets d'industrie 4.0, selon les besoins d'affaires et les initiatives de la fabrication

Canadienne (usine connectee, certification de lignes de production, systeme d'execution de la

production (MES), etc.).

Voici un apercu de votre contribution a l'equipe :

? Realiser le developpement des rapports et tableaux de bord dans le respect des

meilleures pratiques de visualisation et des normes de realisation

? Analyser, cartographier et schematiser les systemes et les processus d'affaires pertinents

aux differents mandats

? Assurer le support de premier niveau et la formation des utilisateurs finaux afin qu'ils

puissent utiliser pleinement les solutions developpees

? Creer des tables de faits, de dimensions et des vues pouvant etre utilisees dans les

rapports et les analyses (SQL, Hadoop)

? Creer des champs calcules directement dans les bases de donnees pour supporter

l'uniformisation des indicateurs clefs de performance

? Proposer les meilleures solutions possibles et les indicateurs clefs de performance

pertinents afin d'atteindre les objectifs de l'unite d'affaires et de l'entreprise

? Rediger la documentation des produits informationnels afin d'en permettre une

interpretation adequate

Que recherchons-nous ?

? Baccalaureat en ingenierie, informatique, technologie, intelligence d'affaires ou en

administration des affaires (profil intelligence d'affaires, analytique, science des donnees)

? Diplome universitaire de 2e cycle en intelligence d'affaires, en science des donnees, ou

toute autre formation pertinente au poste est un atout

? 5+ ans d'experience, mais ouvert aux nouveaux diplomes

? Expertise dans l'utilisation des logiciels de creation de rapports (Power BI) et des bases

de donnees (SQL, Hadoop, etc.), l'ecriture de requetes, le developpement ETL, la

cartographie et la redaction de rapports

? Solides competences analytiques avec la capacite de collecter, organiser et analyser les

besoins de l'entreprise

Qualifications et connaissances particulieres

- Maitrise du francais et de l'anglais parle et ecrit

- Maitrise avancee du logiciel Power BI

- Communiquez efficacement avec des equipes multidisciplinaires

- Bonne comprehension des besoins d'affaires, des systemes et des architectures dans un

contexte d'analyse de donnees

- Experience dans le developpement et l'utilisation de modeles relationnels et

dimensionnels et de programmation en contexte d'analyse de donnees (ex. VBA, Python,

C#, etc.)

- Connaissances SQL, Hadoop, Jira, GitHub, methodologie agile

Certifications (atouts)

- Professional Scrum Master (PSM)

- Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)

Test technique

- Un test technique devra etre realise par les candidats preselectionnes afin de valider les

aptitudes avec le logiciel Power BI

Job Summary

The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for the preparation and data visualization, data engineering and governance, support to automating recurring tasks and reports, producing business analyzes and manage projects in collaboration with members of his team. He could also be involved in Industry 4.0 projects, depending on business needs and Canadian manufacturing initiatives (connected factory, certification of production lines, system of execution of production (MES), etc.).

Here is an overview of your contribution to the team:

Develop reports and dashboards in accordance with visualization best practices and achievement standards Analyze, map and map the relevant systems and business processes to the different mandates Provide first level support and training of end users so that they can make full use of the solutions developed Create tables of facts, dimensions and views that can be used in reports and analyzes (SQL, Hadoop) Create calculated fields directly in the databases to support standardization of key performance indicators Propose the best possible solutions and key performance indicators relevant in order to achieve business unit and company objectives Write the documentation of information products in order to allow adequate interpretation

What are we looking for?

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, technology, business intelligence or business administration (business intelligence profile, analytics, data science) Graduate university degree in business intelligence, data science, or any other training relevant to the position is an asset 5+ years of experience Expertise in the use of reporting software (Power BI) and databases data (SQL, Hadoop, etc.), writing queries, ETL development, mapping and report writing Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze business needs

Special skills and knowledge :

- Fluency in spoken and written French and English

- Advanced knowledge of Power BI software

- Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

- Good understanding of business needs, systems and architectures in a data analysis context

- Experience in the development and use of relational models and dimensional and programming in the context of data analysis (e.g. VBA, Python, C #, etc.)

- Knowledge of SQL, Hadoop, Jira, GitHub, agile methodology Certifications (assets)

Technical test :

- A technical test must be carried out by the preselected candidates in order to validate the skills with Power BI software
