Relevant du Directeur, Perspectives Commerciales et Innovation, l'Analyste en Intelligence d'Affaires agit en tant que partenaire d'affaires aupres de l'equipe des Ventes au Detail Affiliees du Quebec afin de s'assurer que les equipes disposent d'informations exploitables concernant la performance commerciale et client, le paysage concurrentiel et les tendances de l'industrie.


L'Analyste en Intelligence d'Affaires devra rencontrer tous les niveaux de l'equipe des Ventes au Detail Affiliees du Quebec pour recueillir et interpreter les besoins en matiere de rapports, et transformer ces besoins en rapports et analyses significatifs et exploitables qui favorisent le succes de nos clients internes et externes. Il concevra, developpera, executera, distribuera et presentera des rapports et tableaux de bord complexes a partir de diverses sources de donnees internes et externes a McKesson, tout en utilisant des techniques d'analyse avancees pour extraire des informations commerciales pertinentes et identifier des opportunites de croissance.

Responsabilites specifiques



Concevoir, developper et publier des indicateurs de performance cles (KPI) dans Power BI pour differents niveaux de l'organisation des Ventes au Detail Affiliees. Preparer et presenter des donnees de ventes et de marche avec des analyses a l'equipe des Ventes au Detail Affiliees du Quebec. Diriger des revues internes pour discuter de la performance des ventes et du marche, avec des recommandations concretes pour augmenter les ventes. Agir en tant qu'expert des comptes dont il est responsable, en ce qui concerne les ventes, les tendances du marche et de l'industrie, et les opportunites futures. Developper et livrer des mises a jour regulieres de l'intelligence de marche et des tableaux de bord identifiant les changements significatifs, les opportunites et les recommandations pour l'equipe de vente. Realiser et presenter des evaluations concurrentielles majeures du marche et communiquer clairement les changements importants et leurs impacts aux parties prenantes. Analyser les tendances de ventes et les indicateurs de conformite des magasins; fournir des recommandations pour saisir des opportunites et attenuer les pertes de ventes. Developper et maintenir des reseaux internes et externes pour soutenir la collecte de connaissances et le partage durable des meilleures pratiques en matiere d'analytique descriptive, predictive et prescriptive. Influencer et inspirer le changement par la livraison d'analyses (tendances, informations internes et externes, contexte commercial, changements legislatifs) de maniere simple et convaincante aupres des clients internes et externes, selon les besoins. Agir comme point de contact principal pour tout besoin en matiere de rapports/tableaux de bord (recurrents ou ponctuels) et opportunites d'amelioration; collaborer avec divers departements (Service Client, Operations, Ventes, TI, Finance, Service Partage BI). Recommander la creation de nouveaux rapports et l'adoption de nouveaux outils en fonction des besoins des clients et de l'entreprise. Ameliorer les sources de donnees internes de McKesson Canada en surveillant et en evaluant de nouvelles sources d'intelligence concurrentielle et de marche. Identifier et examiner les opportunites d'amelioration continue avec son superieur immediat; faire des recommandations et mettre en oeuvre des solutions.

Qualifications

Formation



Diplome universitaire dans une discipline pertinente.

Experience professionnelle



Minimum de 3 a 5 ans d'experience en tant qu'analyste d'affaires dans un role lie a l'intelligence d'affaires, l'analyse de marche, la strategie, le conseil ou similaire, idealement dans le secteur de la sante. Connaissance de l'industrie canadienne des soins de sante et/ou experience avec les ensembles de donnees IQVIA est un atout. Experience en analytique de donnees et gestion de bases de donnees/systemes.

Solides competences analytiques avec capacite a collecter, organiser, analyser et diffuser de grandes quantites d'informations avec precision et souci du detail. Experience pratique avec Power BI. Connaissance ou experience avec un CRM (Salesforce) est un atout. Capacite a apprendre rapidement de nouveaux logiciels. Gestion des priorites et respect des delais serres. Creatif et ouvert a des approches analytiques innovantes. Sens eleve de l'urgence avec capacite a gerer plusieurs taches, travailler de maniere proactive et autonome dans un environnement dynamique.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Director, Commercial Insights & Innovation, the Business Intelligence Analyst acts as a business partner to the Affiliated Quebec Retail Sales organization to ensure teams have actionable intelligence pertaining to business and customer performance, the competitive landscape, and industry trends.


The Business Intelligence Analyst will be required to meet with all levels of the Affiliated Quebec Retail Sales team to receive and interpret reporting requirements and transform their needs into meaningful, actionable reporting and insights that enable the success of our internal and external customers. The Business Intelligence Analyst will design, develop, execute, distribute and present reports and complex scorecards from various data sources both internal and external to McKesson as well as leverage advanced analysis techniques to derive meaningful business insights and identify business building opportunities.

Specific Responsibilities

Designs, develops, and publishes Key Performance Indicators in Power BI to various levels of the Affiliated Retail Sales organization. Prepares and presents Sales & Market data with insights to the Affiliated Quebec Retail Sales organization. Leads internal reviews to discuss sales and market performance, along with actionable insights to increase sales. Acts as a subject matter expert in the accounts they are responsible for, pertaining to sales, market & industry trends, and future opportunities. Develops and delivers regular market intelligence updates and dashboards that identifies significant changes, opportunities, and mitigating recommendations for the sales team. Conducts and presents major competitive assessments of the market and succinctly communicates important changes and impacts to stakeholders. Analyzes sales trends and store compliance metrics; provides recommendations for opportunities, to mitigate loss of sales. Develops and maintains internal and external networks to support knowledge gathering and sustainable sharing of best practices in descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics across the Affiliated Quebec Retail Sales organization. Influences and inspires change through the delivery of insights (trends, internal and external insights, business context, legislative changes) in a simple and compelling manner with internal and external customers, as required. Acts as primary point of contact for any reporting/dashboard requirements (recurring or adhoc) and opportunities for improvements; works collaboratively with various departments (Customer Service, Operations, Sales, IT, Finance, BI Shared Service). Recommends creation of new reports and adoption of new tools in line with the customer and business needs. Improves McKesson Canada internal data sources by monitoring and evaluating new competitive and market intelligence sources. Identifies and reviews opportunities for continuous improvement with their immediate leader; makes recommendations and implements solutions.

Qualifications



Education

University degree in relevant discipline.
Working Experience

Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a business analyst in a business intelligence, market analysis, strategy, consulting, or similar role, preferably in the healthcare sector. Knowledge of Canadian healthcare industry business and/or experience with IQVIA data sets are a definite asset. Experience with data analytics and database/systems management.

Technical Skills

Hands on experience with Power BI Knowledge of or experience with CRM (Salesforce) an asset. Capable of learning new software quickly. Manage priorities and meet tight deadlines. Creative and open to innovative analytic approaches. High sense of urgency with ability to multi-task, work proactively and independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
