Analyste des Systemes de Point de Vente (POS Analyste)





En tant qu'Analyste des systemes de point de vente (POS), vous jouerez un role cle dans la creation d'une experience client unique et enrichissante, tout en soutenant plusieurs opportunites pour les franchises de reussir dans leurs activites. Vous serez responsable de l'optimisation des applications, produits et services technologiques developpes ou modifies dans notre ecosysteme numerique, tout en assurant une application coherente de nos systemes pour accelerer les experiences clients sans friction et maximiser les opportunites de croissance, de notoriete et de fidelisation.



Relevant du Vice-president des technologies de l'information, votre mission principale sera de soutenir un parcours client optimise, qui accroit l'engagement, accelere les conversions et favorise la fidelite. Le coordonnateur TI appuiera les relations positives entre nos deux parties prenantes les plus importantes : les clients et les franchises.

Responsabilites




Administration des systemes de point de vente (POS) et gestion des menus des marques. Suivi et mise a jour des echeanciers et livrables de projets. Livraison des mises a jour et ameliorations sur plusieurs systemes POS. Collaboration avec d'autres departements pour developper du materiel et des programmes de formation sur les plateformes de l'ecosysteme numerique. Deploiement de technologies modernes (interface utilisateur, etc.) dans plus de 1400 restaurants a travers le Canada. Mise en oeuvre de bornes libre-service dans les restaurants a service rapide (QSR). Collecte, consolidation et analyse de retroaction avec redaction de rapports detailles. Supervision des taches tout au long du cycle de vie des projets. Maintien d'une bonne circulation de l'information entre les responsables de projet et les equipes de soutien. Veille a la mise a jour de la documentation projet / outils, et suivi des recommandations pour assurer la conformite. Conception de programmes de formation a destination des parties prenantes. Redaction de rapports sur les resultats et livrables de projet. Surveillance de la performance des plateformes, analyse des plaintes clients et problemes de non-conformite pour identifier des pistes d'optimisation et d'amelioration de l'experience client.



Experience et competences requises




Le bilinguisme (francais/anglais) est un atout. Experience pertinente dans un secteur d'activite similaire. Diplome collegial en technologie de l'information ou experience equivalente. Connaissance intermediaire des logiciels courants (MS Office), du HTML, et aisance avec les interfaces utilisateurs, CMS et GUI varies. Experience ou formation en gestion ou coordination de projets (un atout). Excellente attention aux details et esprit critique developpe. Competences avancees en planification et en organisation. Experience avec les cartes-cadeaux et programmes de fidelite. Capacite d'analyse, de priorisation et de resolution de problemes en temps reel, avec calme et efficacite. Excellentes competences interpersonnelles et capacite a offrir du soutien par telephone, courriel, etc. Capacite a rediger de la documentation technique et des documents de projet.

POS Analyst





As the POS Analyst, you will create a unique and rewarding customer experience, and support multiple opportunities for franchisees to have success in their business. Responsible for assisting in the optimization of all information technology applications, products, or services as they are developed and modified in our Digital Ecosystem and ensuring the consistent implementation and application of our systems to expedite seamless customer experiences and maximize opportunities for grow incremental sales, awareness, and loyalty.





Reporting to the Vice President of Information Technology, your full focus will be supporting an optimized customer journey that broadens awareness and engagement, seamlessly expedites sales conversions and builds loyalty. The IT Coordinator will support the positive relationship between our two most important stakeholders.

Responsibilities




Point-of-Sale (POS) systems administration and updating brands menu management Maintaining and monitoring project schedules and deliverables Deliver POS updates and enhancements across a number of different POS systems. Work with other departments to develop training materials and programs for any of the digital ecosystem platforms Deliver a variety of modern front end technologies to 1400 Restaurants across Canada Implement Self service kiosks to QSRs Gather and consolidate feedback and provide detailed reports Supervise different tasks over the life of a project Maintain the flow of information between the project owner and the support teams regarding project deliverables Ensure all project documentation/tools are up-to-date and all recommendations and specifications are noted to ensure compliance Design training programs for stakeholders as required Prepare reports to communicate project outcomes and deliverables Monitoring performance of all platforms. Investigate & analyze customer complaints and non-conformance issues to identify optimizations, enhancements or changes required for better customer experiences



Experience




Bilingualism an asset Related experience in our industry College Degree in technology-related field and/or equivalent work experience Intermediate knowledge of common software (MS Office), HTML and intermediate user level with multiple product user interfaces, CMS and GUI's Previous project management and/or coordination experience or training considered an asset Exceptional attention to detail and superior critical thinking skills Strong planning and organizational skills Experience with gift cards and loyalty programs Ability to analyze, prioritize and problem solve on "the fly" while remaining calm, objective and task focused Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to provide support over various mediums (phone/email/etc.) Ability to write both technical and project documentation
