L'equipe consolidation tient un role pivotant dans la preparation des etats financiers et des notes afferentes en plus de diverses informations publiees sur le marche. Tu travailleras avec des gens hautement qualifies pour une entreprise publiques ayant une presence mondiale. Tu entretiendras des relations etroites avec differentes equipes corporatives soient entre autres des Normes comptables, de la tresorerie, de taxe corporative, du legal et de la planification et analyses et des controles de gestion et avec diverses equipes operationnelles dans nos differents secteurs d'activites. Tu assuras une collaboration avec les differents controleurs a l'international pour les supporter lors des clotures de nos exercices financiers. Tu prendras une part active dans le processus de transformation et d'ameliorations continue impliquant notre equipe.

Votre role au sein de l'equipe




Au sein de l'equipe consolidation et rapport, vous releverez de la Gestionnaire, consolidation et vous aurez a :

Consolider l'information financiere mensuellement. Fournir l'information financiere pour la preparation des etats financiers trimestriels et le rapport de gestion externe trimestriel. Participer a la preparation du bilan, l'etat des resultats et l'etat des flux de tresorerie trimestriel et annuel. Preparer et reviser certaines notes aux etats financiers trimestriels et annuel. Analyser les postes de bilan, des resultats et du flux de tresorerie. Preparer des analyses de gestions ad-hoc pour la haute-direction. Participer aux transactions complexes de nos diverses entites. S'assurer que les processus respectent les politiques et procedure d'entreprise. Identifier et diriger des projets d'amelioration continue du processus de cloture du mois.

Le/l'Analyste, Information financiere et consolidation recherche(e)



Titre comptable (CPA). 2-4 ans d'experience en comptabilite / verification. Experience en consolidation et en divulgation de l'information financiere un atout. Bonne connaissance des logiciels de la suite MS-Office (excel, word et power-point). Habile dans la gestion du temps, la priorisation et le respect des echeanciers. Oriente vers les resultats, capacite a travailler sous pression et dans des delais serres. Fortes habiletes interpersonnelles/leadership et habiletes pour interagir et influencer des employes de tous les niveaux. Bonne capacite de synthese et de communication. Esprit d'equipe, autonome, fiable. Bilinguisme francais/anglais (ecrit et a l'oral).

The consolidation team plays a pivotal role in the preparation of the financial statements and accompanying notes in addition to various information published on the market.

Your role within the team




As a member of the Consolidation and Reporting team, you will report to the Manager, Consolidation and be responsible for:

You will work with highly qualified professionals for a public company with a global presence. You will maintain close relationships with various corporate teams, including Accounting Standards, Treasury, Corporate Tax, Legal and Financial Planning and Analysis and management controls and with operational teams in our various business sectors. You will collaborate with the various international controllers to support them during the closing of our financial periods. You will take an active part in the transformation process and continuous improvement involving our team. Perform the consolidation exercise of financial information on a monthly basis. Provide financial information needed for the preparation of the quarterly financial statements and MD&A. Participate in the preparation of the balance sheet, the income and cash flow statements on a quarterly basis. Prepare and review certain notes to the quarterly and annual financial statements. Analyze balance sheet, income statement and cash flow items. Prepare ad-hoc analyses for upper management. Participate in the complex transactions of our various entities. Ensure that processes follow corporate policies and procedure. Identify and lead continuous improvements projects around the month-end close process.

Qualifications for the position



Professional accounting designation (CPA). 2-4 years of experience in accounting/auditing. Experience in consolidation and disclosure of financial information an asset. Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Skilled in time management, prioritization and meeting deadlines. Results-oriented, able to deal with potentially difficult situations and time constraints. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to interact and influence effectively with people at all levels. Team player, autonomous, conscientious and reliable. Bilingual in French/English (spoken and written). Good summary and communication skills.
