Resume du poste :

L'analyste comptable est responsable des taches financieres et de l'analyse de l'entreprise, garantissant l'exactitude des rapports financiers, en appui au controleur adjoint. Ce role implique la realisation de fonctions comptables, l'optimisation des processus financiers et la fourniture d'analyses strategiques pour soutenir la direction et la croissance de l'entreprise.

Fonctions et responsabilites :

L'analyste comptable sera responsable des principales fonctions de comptabilite generale :



Participer a la cloture mensuelle, notamment au processus de saisie des ecritures comptables, a la gestion des charges a payer, des charges payees d'avance et au rapprochement des comptes du bilan. Analyser les donnees : evaluer les donnees financieres afin d'identifier les tendances, les ecarts et les axes d'amelioration. Rapprocher et tenir a jour les tableaux annexes aux comptes generaux. Amelioration des processus : recommander et mettre en oeuvre des strategies pour optimiser les systemes et processus comptables. Collaborer : travailler avec les autres services (comptabilite fournisseurs, comptabilite clients, direction) pour recueillir des donnees et fournir des analyses financieres. Apporter son soutien lors des audits externes. o Rapprochements bancaires Analyse des rapports de ventes mensuels Production de rapports financiers mensuels Analyse du grand livre Soutien a la gestion et a l'administration des comptes clients et fournisseurs Participation a l'elaboration des budgets annuels et des previsions mises a jour Soutien au suivi de la performance financiere par rapport aux budgets et analyse des ecarts Soutien a la preparation des indicateurs cles de performance (KPI) et des rapports ponctuels pour la haute direction

Exigences et qualifications :

Baccalaureat en comptabilite, finance ou commerce (titre de CPA un atout ou en cours d'obtention) Minimum de 3 ans d'experience dans un poste similaire Solide comprehension des principes comptables Excellentes aptitudes d'analyse et de resolution de problemes Capacite a travailler de facon autonome et en equipe Tres bonne maitrise d'Excel (y compris les fonctions RECHERCHEV, tableaux croises dynamiques et SI) Bonne connaissance des logiciels comptables, tels que Microsoft Business Central Souci du detail Un niveau intermediaire d'anglais oral et ecrit est requis. La personne sera chargee de contacter nos clients en Amerique du Nord et a l'international. Sens de l'organisation, dynamisme et rigueur professionnelle

Job Summary:

The Accounting Analyst is responsible for the company's financial tasks and analysis, ensuring the accuracy of financial reports, in support of the Assistant Controller. This role involves performing accounting functions, optimizing financial processes, and providing strategic analysis to support management and the company's growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Accounting Analyst will be responsible for key general accounting functions:

Participate in the monthly closing process, including the journal entry process, managing accrued expenses, prepaid expenses, and reconciling balance sheet accounts. Analyze data: Evaluate financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement. Reconcile and maintain the supporting schedules for the general ledger. Process improvement: recommend and implement strategies to optimize accounting systems and processes. Collaborate: work with other departments (accounts payable, accounts receivable, management) to gather data and provide financial analysis. Provide support during external audits. o Bank reconciliations Analysis of monthly sales reports Production of monthly financial reports General ledger analysis Support for the management and administration of accounts receivable and accounts payable Participation in the preparation of annual budgets and updated forecasts Support for monitoring financial performance against budgets and variance analysis Support for the preparation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and ad hoc reports for senior management

Requirements and qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business (CPA designation an asset or currently pursuing) Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role Solid understanding of accounting principles Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and IF functions) Good knowledge of accounting software, such as Microsoft Business Central Attention to detail Intermediate level of English Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
