L'Analyste comptable a pour principaux mandats de participer a la preparation des etats financiers ainsi que d'effectuer divers rapports et analyses pour la direction et autres parties prenantes. En plus, la personne doit executer et planifier les activites de controle interne.

Responsabilites confiees

Participer a la preparation des etats financiers mensuels et assurer l'exactitude des informations fournies; Collecter et preparer les donnees financieres pour justifier les ecritures comptables correspondants au grand livre; Assurer le suivi et la conciliation des cedules de bilan et bancaire sous sa responsabilite; Examiner les ecarts budgetaires et en expliquer la nature; Developper et executer des controles internes; Participer a la preparation pour la verification externe annuelle; Participer a differents mandats speciaux; Toutes autres taches connexes.

Facteurs de reussite

Bagage comptable: Votre Baccalaureat en administration/comptabilite ainsi que 1 a 3 ans d'experience dans le domaine.; Obtention ou en voie d'obtenir votre accreditation professionnel CPA est un atout; Expertise informatique: Vous maitrisez les fonctions avancees d'Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, etc.) et etes tres a l'aise avec les progiciels de gestion integree (PGI) en comptabilite. La connaissance de SAP S/4HANA est un atout.; Esprit de collaboration: Dote(e) d'un veritable esprit d'equipe, vous favorisez la collaboration avec vos collegues pour faciliter l'apprentissage. The

Accounting Analyst

is primarily responsible for participating in the preparation of financial statements, as well as producing various reports and analyses for management and other stakeholders. In addition, the individual is responsible for executing and planning internal control activities.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in the preparation of monthly financial statements and ensure the accuracy of the information provided; Collect and prepare financial data to support the journal entries posted to the general ledger; Monitor and reconcile the balance sheet schedules under your responsibility; Review budget variances and explain their nature; Develop and perform internal controls; Participate in the preparation for the annual external audit; Contribute to various special projects; Perform any other related tasks.

Success Factors

Accounting background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Accounting and 1 to 3 years of relevant experience; Professional designation: CPA designation obtained or in progress is considered an asset; Technical skills: Proficient in advanced Excel functions (Power Query, Power Pivot, etc.) and comfortable using integrated accounting ERP systems. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is an asset; * Collaborative mindset: A true team player who fosters collaboration and knowledge sharing among colleagues.
