The Analyst, Test Markets role assists with the launch of product and promotion initiatives developed by the Tim Hortons marketing team. The role supports national calendar initiatives by developing an understanding of the performance and executional difficulties of tests prior to national launch. The position reports to the Manager of Test Markets and is highly collaborative. The role involves working and clearly communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure flawless execution of the TH Canada test market calendar initiatives and business priorities. The role will also be a key point of contact to collect feedback, troubleshoot and manage external stakeholder expectations and relationships.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinate cross functionally to ensure successful test market program launches
  • Develop and communicate detailed communication to external stakeholders that encompasses a high level of detail that crosses all aspects of the product/promotional launch
  • Deliver high-quality rollouts that support sales and traffic through flawless implementation and execution
  • Perform weekly routines across all business areas for current and upcoming product and promotion projects and calendar activations
  • Bring project management strategy and challenge current processes to enhance day to day operations
  • Assist with special projects to iterate and improve product and promotion execution
  • Support coordination and lead execution, cross-functionally for market tests, with a bridge for learnings ahead of national launch
  • Track and provide resolution for launch issues, along with follow-ups on progress, recommendations, and learnings along with taking corrective actions to ensure process improvement
  • Partner closely with TH Canadas Marketing, Digital, Technology, Communications, Operations, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, and vendors amongst others, to ensure processes and systems are functioning well, and new activations are properly executed.
  • Collect feedback from all internal stakeholders and external stakeholders to improve the overall product and promotion launch process and enhance ongoing initiatives.
  • Leverage various sources of data and compile analyses, as needed, to support execution efforts
  • Contribute content to presentations for strategic projects in a logical and well-thought out manner
  • Up to 30% travel required.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree required
  • 1-2 years of professional experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills
  • Have an ownership mentality and strong attention to detail
  • Team player with a proven ability to manage tight deadlines on various projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Organized, motivated, adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • Hands-on, eager to work on a range of projects from strategic product launches to in-restaurant execution.
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Previous experience within QSR or in marketing is an asset
  • Fluent in French is an asset
  • Access to a vehicle is an asset
