The Ontario Dental Association (ODA) is looking for an
Analyst, Research and Data
to help transform how we use information to serve over 10,000 dentists across Ontario. If you love uncovering patterns, building dashboards, and turning numbers into stories that guide decision-making, this is your opportunity to make a measurable impact.
What You'll Do
As an Analyst, you will:
Collect and analyze member engagement, program usage, and KPIs to surface actionable insights.
Produce reports from the organization's main member database or external databases using analysis tools that make data accessible across teams in visualized formats.
Identify trends, segment member behaviors, and recommend areas for deeper exploration.
Champion data governance by ensuring clean, validated, and well-documented data.
Support colleagues with training, extracts, and insight interpretation to build internal capacity.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, social sciences, or a related field.
3+ years' experience in data analysis or applied research, experience working with an association database is a particular asset
Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL (or similar).
Exceptional communication and visual data storytelling skills to make numbers meaningful.
Working at the ODA
This is a full-time, permanent position. As part of the ODA's Flexible Location of Work policy, remote, in-person, or hybrid work options are available, with occasional in-person participation in events or meetings.
