Does a career in finance excite and intrigue you? Our client, a growing real estate finance company in the Tri City area is currently recruiting an Analyst for their Mortgage Operations team.

The Analyst supports the company\'s day-to-day management of its loan portfolio including ongoing underwriting and funding activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for updating cash flow forecasting tools, assisting in the completion of project loan advances, reviewing and tracking of mortgage discharges, preparing lender correspondence and supporting documentation with compliance management.

Job Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in \xef\xac\x81nance, economics, accounting, real estate, or a related \xef\xac\x81eld
• 2+ yrs experience in commercial real estate investments, investment banking, or related \xef\xac\x81nancial analyst or capital markets roles
• Excellent knowledge of \xef\xac\x81nance and \xef\xac\x81nancial modeling concepts
• Advanced pro\xef\xac\x81ciency in Microsoft O\xef\xac\x83ce, especially Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work with very strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
• Professional designation (CFA, CPA), or progression towards one, considered an asset
