Analyst, Raw Materials Warehouse

Position Overview:
The
Analyst, Raw Materials (RM) Warehouse
is responsible for creating, planning, reviewing, and scheduling daily orders and waves within the Warehouse Management System to ship to the Canada Goose and third-party production sites. The role manages inventory reservation for these orders, sequences work depending on business priorities, resolves issues with fulfillment, and monitors daily picking progress to determine if more work needs to be released. The
Analyst, RM Warehouse
will collaborate with warehouse management and production planning to meet delivery targets and ensure the highest level of customer service.
What You'll Do:
Create daily transfer orders, including bulk and adhoc expedited requests from Production Planning
Reserve products in the warehouse management system for transfer orders depending on business priorities
Create daily wave(s) schedule
Release wave(s) to the warehouse floor balancing the workflow for the warehouse associates
Track and monitor the progress of wave(s) to ensure warehouse associates have an ongoing flow of work
Work with Team Lead to resolve issues related to the waves (i.e., inventory issue with the pick)
Troubleshoot issues that keep the wave from being closed
Ensure warehouse KPIs are met (i.e., the wave closed within two days)
Resolve problems that prevent wave generation
Create reporting related to transfer order completion for each month
Track backorders and update the cross-functional team
Engage Production Planning related to transfer order requests, BOM changes, etc.
Collaborate with team leaders to address picking delays, out of stock items, and backorders
Verify with Raw Materials Team Lead which orders have been audited before shipping
Send notifications to CMTs on outbound orders to their location
Liaise with the Inventory Team to help troubleshoot reoccurring picking issues
Inform Inventory Control on inventory discrepancies, returns, and canceled orders
Create and manage reports from the WMS system to make data driven decisions
Other duties as assigned.
Let's Talk About You:
2-3 years of logistics experience, preferably in a warehouse environment
Experience with ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong team player
