And much more!So, if you\'re looking to do what you love, we could be a perfect matchOur expectationsReport to the National Physical inventory manager, the appliance analyst offers operational support regarding the appliance department for all the RONA Inc banners. The Analyst will work directly with the different business units to do the necessary follow-ups to ensure the inventory accuracy for this category.Your roleAct as a business partner for stores, the different business units affecting the appliance process. Be aware of their challenges and performance and meet their needs;
Prepare and send the pre-inventory follow-ups, according to the established schedule;
Perform pre-inventory and post-inventory analyses, and take the necessary corrective measures to resolve discrepancies, while working with the different departments involved;
Participate in various special projects and analysis requests in order to optimize the appliance management process;
Support the reconciliation team by carrying out administrative tasks: payment of invoices, follow-ups with the external service provider;
Continuously improve work tools to increase work efficiency;
Support the National Physical Inventory Manager.The qualifications we are looking forCollege or university degree;
3 years of experience in a support position;
Experience in retail business an asset;
Autonomous, motivated, focused on delivering work of high quality;
Excellent analytical skills;
Strong skills for interpersonal relations, teamwork and collaboration with multiple stakeholders;
Ability to prioritize requests and work under pressure, in a fast growing and changing environment;
Knowledge of Office (Excel and PowerPoint);
Knowledge of MMS and SODA an asset;
Enjoy working in constantly changing environments.
