Such tasks include but are not limited to Markdown and Promotional management, system administration, creation or optimization of reporting, in-house tools, and process improvement.Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:Manage Markdown and promotional calendar.Manage markdown and promotions system processing and communication to stores and other stakeholders.Manage stock movement calendar and communication.Merchandise Planning system admin Support.Create and maintain accurate planning, buying analysis, and reporting, and distribute all reporting on time.Merchandise Master Data Management support by maintaining correct and accurate data available for the Buying processes.Provide frontline support for merchandise information/reporting for the Buying & Planning team.Identifies and recommends changes to improve process efficiencies, ensuring timely and professional communication with users, management, and senior leadership regarding repetitive issues.Develop new processes and systems to support the Planning & Buying processes.Provide analysis and assist with preparation for key management meetings.Perform other duties as assignedThe ideal candidate:University or College Degree/Diploma, preferably in Business Administration with technology knowledge.Minimum 3+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience managing data (Analytics, Data Management, etc.)Solid technical and analytical expertise, Advanced Excel, Access, B.I. Report BuildingThorough understanding of the retail method of accountingPreferred knowledge of Microstrategy or similar BI toolsExperience creating and implementing Business ProcessesStrong Project Management and Time Management SkillsStrong problem-solving abilitiesExperience working effectively across cross-functional teamsStrong business intuition and ability to understand business systemsHolt Renfrew is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
