Responsibilities
Analyze insurance policies, claims, underwriting guidelines, and premiums for accuracy and risk exposure.
Assess claims history and trends to forecast future liabilities and inform underwriting strategies.
Prepare reports and dashboards for management, highlighting key risk factors and insurance performance.
Collaborate with underwriting, legal, finance, and risk management teams to support insurance program design.
Conduct market research on insurance products and industry benchmarks.
Assist in the preparation of insurance renewals and RFPs.
Maintain and audit insurance-related databases and documentation.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk controls.
Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Insurance, Economics, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in insurance analysis, underwriting, risk management, or a related role. * Professional Designations (LLQP, CSC) a bonus
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and database querying.
Familiarity with insurance regulations, policy structures, and claims processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
