Job Overview:

As the Analyst for Customer Master, you are responsible for maintaining and billing over 30,000+ restaurants through SAP RE-FX.

You will act as the individual between the business team and IT, supporting both your own team, and the business team on any technical glitches and billing issues. In addition, you will represent RBI\xe2\x80\x99s business needs in new SAP upgrades by identifying and implementing additional enhancements up until go-live.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Supporting offshore and onshore individuals on day-to-day transactions related to tickets management, KPI\xe2\x80\x99s and stakeholder management
  • Identifying where there are gaps between business requirements and SAP, and leading the evaluation of other potential stakeholders to address those gaps
  • Identifying billing issues by preparing complex reconciliations while working on finding root causes to avoid similar issues
  • Act as an expert in the SAP RE-FX module and support the business team on knowledge and process gaps
  • Supporting Data Migration, System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and validating test scenarios
  • Leading SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) requirements in providing samples and testing to auditors
  • Reviewing and internally auditing transactions processed by the team to ensure that information is updated correctly in SAP
