Role and Responsibilities
As an analyst for our Credit Risk department, you will be part of a rigorous, talented, and collaborative team. You will be instrumental in delivering data-driven insights that inform critical decisions in economic policy.
You will be expected to take full ownership of:
Conducting analyses including cleaning data, developing and reviewing code
Interpreting analytical results and translating them into clear, actionable insights for internal teams and clients
Ensuring the quality, robustness, and documentation of analyses in line with internal standards and regulatory expectations
Participating in client discussions and project delivery
Proposing solutions and using creativity to solve complex problems

What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is passionate about data, curious, detail-oriented, enjoys learning as part of a team, and meets the following qualifications:
Master's degree (M.Sc.) in a quantitative field: economics, mathematics, or statistics
Hands-on experience in data analysis and interpretation of results
Experience with credit risk modeling
Experience with at least one statistical programming language (R, SAS, Stata, Python, etc.)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience in customer service or scientific communication is an asset
