Your Role:
We are looking for an Analyst, Capital Markets who will work closely with our CEO in the creation and management of the Capital Markets Division of True North Mortgage Inc. What sets us apart? We are the only brokerage to utilize retail stores and the only brokerage with its own CMHC approved lender. By owning our lender, we can offer better rates and same day turn around. Our agents are also NOT responsible for generating any sales leads, we provide all our agents with warm leads\xe2\x80\xa6 No cold calling.

The Job and Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting. MBA considered an asset
• CFA or in the process of completing certification
• Fixed bond trading
• MBS pool management
• Interest rate risk management
• Financial modelling
• IT systems integration related to Capital Markets
• Investor relationship management
• Capital Markets related contract negotiation
• Research and maintain a broad knowledge of economic news and trends
• Provide input for the in-house lender (THINK Financial) mortgage rates
• Prior Experience in Equity Capital Markets, Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Financing etc.
