:Position Summary:Reporting to the Manager, Benefits, Wellness & Retirement, the Benefits & Retirement Analyst responsible for the day-to-day management, support and services relating to, Benefits, Wellness and Retirement programs. The Benefits & Retirement Analyst will provide guidance and advice to team members and management at all levels across the business, namely Payroll and Human Resources departments, and conducts research, auditing, implementation, and maintenance activities of the Benefits, Wellness & Retirement programs. This role will be a key contributor to program design and development.The Benefits & Retirement Analyst will lead the benefit eligibility audit process and find efficiencies on reporting capabilities including the biennial and annual benefits eligibility review periods. This role will help derive data-driven insights and identify trends that will ultimately support various stakeholders across the Total Rewards team to monitor costs and value-add decisions.The Benefits & Retirement Analyst ensures adherence to the Company's policies and procedures, motivates, and leads by example and supports Great Canadian's learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.Key Accountabilities:
