We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative analog & mixed-signal engineering intern with strong theoretical and practical background in circuit design. You will be working as part of a highly experienced mixed-signal design team and you will be involved in verifying current and next generation Backplane Ethernet, PCIe, SATA, and USB 2/3 SERDES products. The position offers an excellent opportunity to work with an expert team of digital and mixed signal engineers responsible for delivering high-end mixed-signal designs.
We're looking for a Sept. 2025 start, ideally for 12 months (if you're pursuing your BS). If you're a MS student, we can be flexible on duration depending on your school schedule.
Key Qualifications
Pursuing a degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or similar field
Familiarity with UNIX operating systems
Familiarity with one or more analog/mixed-signal IC design CAD packages
Experience with analog circuit simulator(s)
Experience with analog IC layout tools
Scripting language(s): PERL, python, TCL
Ability to analyze and organize data
Organizational skills essential
Preferred Experience
Runs block level circuit simulations
Works with layout team in implement circuit designs
Analyzes and summarize simulation results
Writes circuit test benches
Codes scripts to manipulate data and audit
Develops release collateral, including behavioral and timing views of custom circuits
