Le/La Ambassadeur(rice) de l\'exp\xc3\xa9rience client est un \xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9ment central de l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe de la r\xc3\xa9ception. Son objectif principal est d\xe2\x80\x99assurer une exp\xc3\xa9rience fluide lors de l\xe2\x80\x99arriv\xc3\xa9e et du d\xc3\xa9part de nos invit\xc3\xa9s. En tant que premi\xc3\xa8re et derni\xc3\xa8re impression de l\xe2\x80\x99h\xc3\xb4tel, ce service de premi\xc3\xa8re classe a une responsabilit\xc3\xa9 particuli\xc3\xa8re. La r\xc3\xa9ception est \xc3\xa9galement l\xe2\x80\x99endroit o\xc3\xb9 les clients partagent naturellement leurs commentaires, leurs questions, leurs suggestions et leurs pr\xc3\xa9occupations.

Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s principales

Accueillir et enregistrer les clients de l\xe2\x80\x99h\xc3\xb4tel, fournir des explications sur les chambres et d\xc3\xa9terminer le mode de paiement ou le montant du cr\xc3\xa9dit. Ils sont \xc3\xa9galement responsables de pr\xc3\xa9parer et d\xe2\x80\x99expliquer la facture au moment o\xc3\xb9 les invit\xc3\xa9s quittent l\xe2\x80\x99h\xc3\xb4tel.

R\xc3\xa9pondre \xc3\xa0 une grande vari\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9 de demandes en \xc3\xa9valuant correctement les besoins et les demandes de l\xe2\x80\x99invit\xc3\xa9. Formuler des recommandations et ajouter sa touche personnelle pour satisfaire au mieux les invit\xc3\xa9s tout en respectant les normes Four Seasons.

Recevoir les invit\xc3\xa9s de mani\xc3\xa8re efficace et amicale, en les appelant par leur nom de famille lorsque possible. Assurer que l\xe2\x80\x99invit\xc3\xa9 est dirig\xc3\xa9 vers le bon type de chambre et que les prix correspondants sont factur\xc3\xa9s. Arranger la livraison des bagages \xc3\xa0 la chambre de l\xe2\x80\x99invit\xc3\xa9 et lui fournir les bonnes cl\xc3\xa9s.

R\xc3\xa9gler les formalit\xc3\xa9s de d\xc3\xa9part \xc3\xa0 la fin du s\xc3\xa9jour. \xc3\x89valuer la satisfaction des invit\xc3\xa9s, r\xc3\xa9cup\xc3\xa9rer les cl\xc3\xa9s, appliquer les frais de retard et pr\xc3\xa9senter la facture \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99invit\xc3\xa9. R\xc3\xa9gler la facture correctement avec une carte de cr\xc3\xa9dit ou de l\xe2\x80\x99argent comptant.

Maintenir un \xc3\xa9quilibre dans les comptes assign\xc3\xa9s par l\xe2\x80\x99h\xc3\xb4tel. Faire de la monnaie, encaisser les ch\xc3\xa8ques et convertir les devises \xc3\xa9trang\xc3\xa8res. Rapprocher toutes les transactions \xc3\xa0 la fin de chaque quart de travail.

G\xc3\xa9rer toutes les interactions des invit\xc3\xa9s avec le plus d\xe2\x80\x99hospitalit\xc3\xa9 et de professionnalisme possible, accommoder les demandes sp\xc3\xa9ciales lorsque c\xe2\x80\x99est possible, r\xc3\xa9soudre les plaintes des invit\xc3\xa9s, assister les invit\xc3\xa9s dans toutes leurs demandes au sujet des services de l\xe2\x80\x99h\xc3\xb4tel, les heures de service, le personnel principal, les \xc3\xa9v\xc3\xa9nements internes, les directions, etc.

R\xc3\xa9pondre \xc3\xa0 toutes les demandes des invit\xc3\xa9s rapidement et de mani\xc3\xa8re appropri\xc3\xa9e. Les interactions avec les invit\xc3\xa9s doivent \xc3\xaatre faites en personne, par courriel ou par t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9phone.

Utiliser de nombreux syst\xc3\xa8mes informatiques diff\xc3\xa9rents pour accueillir les invit\xc3\xa9s et g\xc3\xa9rer leur d\xc3\xa9part, \xc3\xa9mettre des rapports quotidiens et s\xc3\xa9lectionner et r\xc3\xa9server des chambres pour les invit\xc3\xa9s qui arrivent.

Prendre en charge les r\xc3\xa9servations, les modifications et les annulations en l\xe2\x80\x99absence du personnel du service des r\xc3\xa9servations.

\xc3\x8atre capable de r\xc3\xa9pondre aux appels des invit\xc3\xa9s et les diriger de mani\xc3\xa8re appropri\xc3\xa9e en l\xe2\x80\x99absence d\xe2\x80\x99un op\xc3\xa9rateur de communication.

Effectuer toute autre t\xc3\xa2che connexe aux fonctions.

Qualifications et exp\xc3\xa9rience

Bonne capacit\xc3\xa9 de communication en fran\xc3\xa7ais et en anglais, \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99oral comme \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9crit.

Exp\xc3\xa9rience de r\xc3\xa9ceptionniste dans un h\xc3\xb4tel de luxe pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rable.

Excellentes capacit\xc3\xa9s pour le service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le et l\xe2\x80\x99interaction avec les invit\xc3\xa9s.

Job Summary

The Guest Experience Ambassador is a central part of the Front Office Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests have a smooth arrival and departure experience. As the first and last impression of the Hotel, this high profile department carries a special responsibility. The Front Office is also the natural place where guests direct their comments, questions, suggestions and concerns.

Core responsibilities

Welcome and register hotel guests, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment. Agents will also check out guest, prepare and explain the bill.

Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests. Adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons\xe2\x80\x99 standards.

Check-in guest in an efficient and friendly manner, using the guest\xe2\x80\x99s name whenever possible. Assure that guest is assigned to the proper room type and the correct rate is charged. Arrange for luggage to be delivered to guest room and issue correct keys to the guest.

Check-out guest at end of stay. Ascertain guest satisfaction, collects keys, post late charges and present bill to guest. Settle bill accurately through credit card or cash transaction.

Maintain a balanced bank assigned by the hotel. Make change, cash checks and exchange foreign currency. Reconcile all transactions at the close of each shift.

Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolving customer complaints; assisting customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.

Respond to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner. Interaction with guest will be in person, electronic mail, and/or by phone.

Utilize a variety of computer systems to check guests in and out, run daily reports and select and block rooms for arriving guests.

Accept reservations, changes and cancellations in the absence of Reservations Department Staff.

Ability to answer guest calls and direct the guest appropriately in the absence of a Communication Operator.

Qualifications & Experience

Ability to communicate fluently in French and English, both orally and in writing;

Previous luxury hotel front desk experience preferred.

Must have excellent customer service and guest contact skills.

Candidates with a degree in hospitality, or similar, are preferred.

Ability to quickly and positively establish rapport is required.

Above average communication skills - both written and oral - are required.

You must possess the ability to cope with stress and to work in a high volume operation.

You must also be able to multi-task and complete tasks by established deadlines.

You must be able to work a flexible schedule (Must be able to work overnight shifts, holidays, and/or weekends).
