Role: AWS Connect Consultants/Architects
Location: Hybrid/Remote at Toronto, ON
Duration: Fulltime/Permanent

Exposure of working on Omnichannel, AI based Cloud Contact Centres.
Experience of building end to end solution architecture with Amazon Connect and related services such as Amazon Lex, Dynamo DB, AWS Lambda, API Gateway as required.
Experience in configuring Amazon Connect including modular contact flows, designing and implementing call routing using routing profiles, queues, call backs, emergency messages, hours of operations with dynamic messaging etc.
Have Software development background in, working with languages such as python, node.js using AWS Lambda.
Exposure to AWS services such as Transcribe, Comprehend, S3, Athena, QuickSight, Lambda, Elastic Search, Kinesis etc.
Exposure to Automation and CI/CD pipelines, Cloud Formation, Governance and Monitoring services Exposure to AWS Security Services, needed for Contact Centre Implementation
Experience in working with other Contact center technology platforms and applications, such as Avaya, Cisco, Genesys
Experience in 3rd party products such as Workforce Force Management Tools such as Verint, NICE, Tools for Outbound Dialer and AWS offerings
Experience of working on Amazon Connect - Salesforce ERP Integration and value proposals, other such products. Should have good communication and analytical skills with ability to work with customer, solution proposal defense, ability of work with varied customer portfolios.
Any AWS certification preferred Job Type: Full-time Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud: 9 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications (preferred)
