We're a fast-growing eCommerce brand seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Amazon Account Manager
to join our team. This is a key role focused on catalog management, seller support, and account health--not advertising. We're offering a strong growth opportunity for the right person, along with bonuses and future benefits.
What You'll Do:
Manage and optimize product listings (titles, bullets, A+ content, variations, etc.)
Handle Amazon Seller Central support cases efficiently and professionally
Monitor and maintain account health (policy compliance, performance metrics, etc.)
Oversee FBA inventory levels and inbound shipments
Manage and respond to customer reviews and ratings
Resolve Amazon claims such as A-to-Z Guarantee and chargebacks
Work with our team to troubleshoot catalog or listing issues
Ensure all backend catalog data is accurate and compliant
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts
Strong knowledge of Amazon's platform, policies, and tools
Experience with catalog setup, listing optimization, and FBA operations
Proactive and solution-oriented, with strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks
