Schedule: Sunday - Thursday,
10:00 PM-6:30AM (NightShift)
Compensation: $18.05 per hour
Location: Tilbury: 8600 River Rd, Delta, BC V4G 1B5
Department: FacilitiesJob Duties:
General Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness in all assigned areas, including common spaces, offices, restrooms, and break rooms.
Waste Disposal: Regularly collect and dispose of garbage bags in compliance with facility guidelines.
Dishwashing: Ensure all dishware and kitchen areas are clean and hygienic.
Additional Duties: Perform various other cleaning and maintenance tasks as required to support the overall operation of the facility.Application Process:

Manage the facilities department budget, ensuring resources are allocated cost-effectively.
Schedule and coordinate vendor services to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Oversee the procurement of parts needed for maintaining and operating warehouse equipment, automation systems, and building needs.
Order necessary parts for the department.
Conduct regular inventory audits of the parts department to maintain adequate stock levels and ensure order accuracy.
Respond to service requests from other departments and assign tasks to maintenance technicians as needed.
Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Communicate with other departments to ensure the facility operates smoothly.
Assist in developing and implementing facility management policies and procedures.
Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all service requests are promptly addressed.Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in a similar position, ideally in a warehouse or industrial setting.
Exceptional organizational and planning abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software, such as CMMS.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of budget management and financial tracking.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training is a plusSummary
