Responsibilities:

Must be experienced at TIG welding aluminum MIG welding aluminum boat lifts Maintain welding equipment and perform routine maintenance for optimal performance Collaborate with fabricators and engineers to ensure efficient workflow and uphold high-quality standards Adhere to safety protocols and practices to create a safe work environment for yourself and others

Requirements:

Proven experience as a MIG & TIG welder working with aluminum Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications Excellent attention to detail, consistently producing high-quality welds Strong problem-solving ability Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 pounds) and work in various positions for extended periods Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality Forklift experience is an asset

Pay: $28.00-$37.00 per hour
