Aluminum Welder

to support our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality aluminum welding, fabrication, and repair work. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications. Operate a variety of welding and fabrication tools safely and effectively. Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet company and industry standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to client specifications.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum

3+ years of experience

in aluminum welding and fabrication. Proficiency in

TIG and MIG welding processes

with aluminum. Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail. Knowledge of proper safety practices in a fabrication shop environment. Red Seal or CWB welding certification (asset, but not required). Strong problem-solving and time management skills.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
