The Resort Sous Chef is responsible for excellence in product presentation, meeting all budget costs in assigned location, and for productivity of food service employees. Working out of our newly renovated kitchen servicing the Alto Kitchen & Bar outlets they will provide ongoing employee training and recipe development, in conjunction with the Resort Executive Sous Chef. They will always maintain a constant high standard of cleanliness. The Resort Sous Chef works on the production and preparation line of the kitchen, is present during peak business times, and must be familiar with responsibilities of the Resort Executive Sous Chef to take command during their absence.
