RESPONSIBILITIES:
Install, service, and maintain residential and commercial alarm and security systems.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair security systems, cameras, and related equipment.
Perform system upgrades and ensure all installations comply with company standards and industry best practices.
Conduct thorough testing to confirm proper system operation and signal transmission.
Deliver exceptional customer service and provide on-site technical support.
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of completed work, materials used, and service activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Diploma or certification in
Telecommunications, Electronics, IT
, or related field (an asset)
Prior experience as an
Alarm or Security System Technician
preferred
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer interaction skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
REQUIREMENTS:
Reliable white-colored vehicle
Basic tools
Valid Class-5 driver's license
Clear Criminal Background check
Strong attention to detail and customer-oriented attitude
