We have partnered with a local Winnipeg based company and leader in the safety & security industry to support in their search of a new Alarm Monitoring Operator to join their team. As the Alarm Monitoring Operator, your main responsibility is to process incoming alarms and answer all related incoming phone calls. You are considered our main workforce of the Monitoring Services Department.
Shift Information
Monday to Friday 9:00pm to 7:00pm.

Requirements
Minimum 2 Years' Customer Service Experience
Call Center Experience is Considered an Asset
Previous Experience in an Alarm Monitoring Station is Considered an Asset
Non-Violent Crisis Intervention is Considered an Asset
