Ce poste consistera a developper et a mettre en oeuvre une approche globale pour mener a bien une ou plusieurs initiatives d'envergure et/ou complexes, conformement a une feuille de route produit. Vous accompagnerez egalement nos equipes metier au quotidien dans le deploiement des meilleures pratiques. Vous devrez etre capable de collaborer avec les autres parties prenantes, les analystes et l'equipe agile afin de livrer des livrables strategiques cles dans les delais impartis. Vous devrez egalement faire preuve d'un fort esprit d'initiative, etre capable de travailler sous pression et etre capable de gerer des missions multiples et variees.

L'equipe que vous rejoindrez fait partie de State Street Global Services (SSGS). SSGS offre aux investisseurs et aux gestionnaires d'actifs les outils financiers essentiels dont ils ont besoin pour proposer des solutions d'investissement efficaces. De la conservation de base, a la comptabilite, en passant par l'administration de fonds et la tenue des registres des actionnaires, jusqu'aux solutions operationnelles completes et aux services pour les actifs alternatifs tels que les produits derives de gre a gre, le capital-investissement et l'immobilier, les outils de SSGS aident nos clients a optimiser leurs choix d'investissement et a saisir les opportunites de croissance.

Vos responsabilites
En tant que vice-president adjoint, vous serez charge(e) de developper et de mettre en oeuvre une approche pour mener a bien une ou plusieurs initiatives d'envergure et/ou complexes.Interagir avec differents utilisateurs en tant qu'expert metier afin de comprendre les exigences. Capacite a collaborer avec d'autres parties prenantes, analystes et equipes agiles afin de livrer des livrables strategiques cles aux equipes dans les delais impartis. Comprendre les fonctionnalites et definir les exigences metier a mettre en oeuvre par les responsables de produits et les equipes de developpement. Influencer les decisions en accord avec notre strategie informatique. Preparer la documentation utilisateur et systeme selon les besoins. Travailler dans un environnement complexe, soumis a des delais serres, avec un minimum de supervision. Capacite et experience averee a travailler au sein d'une equipe collaborative et interfonctionnelle.

Formation et qualifications souhaiteesLicence dans un domaine d'etudes pertinent. Plus de 10 ans d'experience en comptabilite de fonds Maitrise des outils informatiques : produits Microsoft (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.), Jira et Confluence Experience des classes d'actifs d'investissement alternatif, des structures de fonds complexes et du calcul des frais souhaitee. Une experience avec l'application Geneva est requise. Une experience en tracabilite des donnees au sein de l'infrastructure systeme est requise. Capacite a definir des exigences metier detaillees pour le developpement. Competences cles en reingenierie des processus : experience pratique de la saisie, de la communication, de la refonte et de l'execution des processus metier.

What you will be responsible for
As an Assistant Vice President you will be responsible for developing and executing an approach to deliver one or more large and/or complex initiatives in accordance.Engage with various users as a Subject Matter Expert to understand requirements. Ability to work with other business stakeholders, analysts and agile team to deliver key strategic deliverables to teams in timely manner. Understand the functionality and create business requirements for Product Owners and Development teams to execute on. Influence decisions that align with our IT strategy. Prepares user and systems documentation as needed. Work in a complex deadline driven environment with minimal supervision. Ability and proven track record to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment

Education & Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field of study. 10+ years of fund accounting experience PC Skills - Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc), Jira and Confluence Experience with Alternative Investment Asset Classes, complex fund structures and fee calculations desired. Experience with Geneva application is required. Experience with data lineage throughout system infrastructure is required. Ability to create detailed business requirements for development. Core competency in Process Re-engineering - Hands on experience in capturing, communicating, redesigning and execution of business processes.
