WITH Hospitality is hiring an Assistant Director to lead its three airport restaurants. LOCATION: YUL Montreal Trudeau Airport
SCHEDULE: Full-time (with weekend availability) RESPONSABILITIES 1- Personnel management: manage, train and supervise staff at all three locations including chefs, waiters and other members of the staff 2- Budget planning: assist the General Manager in drawing up budgets for each restaurant; ensure that costs are controlled and profits are maximized; monitor expenses to ensure that you\'re within budget 3- Operations management: oversee the day-to-day operations of the 3 locations, including cash management, inventory management, order management, and scheduling. 4- Marketing and promotions: assist in developing marketing strategies 5- Maintenance and repairs: ensure the restaurants are maintained in good condition; that equipment works properly; that repairs are carried out promptly 6- Customer relations management: ensure customers satisfaction; dealt with complaints appropriately BENEFITS

QUALIFICATION

• Min 3 years experience in a high volume, fast-paced managerial position
• Knowledgeable and passionate about hospitality, restauration and/or management
• Must be Bilingual (French & English)
• Organizational skills and a team player attitude

*WSET Intermediate Wine Certificate or comparable an asset
*A Degree/ Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent considered an asset Job Type: Full-time Benefits:
