About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME)

to join our team in Mississauga. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing aircraft and aircraft components in compliance with Transport Canada regulations and company standards. You will work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure all maintenance activities meet safety, quality, and performance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on aircraft systems and components. Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical, electrical, and structural issues. Ensure all maintenance work complies with applicable Transport Canada (CARs) and company-approved procedures. Maintain accurate maintenance logs, technical records, and documentation. Collaborate with engineers, quality assurance, and production staff to resolve technical issues. Participate in safety meetings and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Follow all Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

Valid

Transport Canada AME license (M1, M2, or both)

. Minimum

3 years of experience

in aircraft maintenance, preferably within the aerospace manufacturing or MRO environment. Strong working knowledge of

aircraft systems

, including airframe, powerplant, and avionics. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, engineering drawings, and schematics. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $36.27-$45.34 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
