Airworks Insulation Inc. is currently recruiting an Air Duct

Insulator

to join our team in Vancouver/ Surrey / Lower Mainland, BC.

Insulators working exclusively with ductwork insulation Long term employment - permanent FT 5x8s schedule Preference will be given to local candidates Work based in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Apply, remove and repair thermal insulation on air ducting systems. Work from ladders and lifts Read and interpret drawings and specifications to determine install requirements. Select the amount and type of insulation to be installed as well as a method of securing the insulation Measure and cut insulating material and coverings to the required shape and dimension, as well as fitting insulation around obstructions or shape insulation materials and protective coverings

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have reliable transportation Experience installing FSK, rigid board insulation and firewrap preferred Lift ticket an asset, but not required Fall arrest an asset, but not required Ability to read and understand prints and insulation specifications
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$42.00 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Work Location: On the road
