Exigence Requise:

Au moins 2 ans d'experience comme cuisinier(ere) Un excellent sens du service a la clientele Dynamique et rapide dans l'execution de ses taches Capable de travailler sous pression Sourire facile,esprit de travail d'equipe, assidu, qualite a vendre, debrouillard et sait prendre des initiatives. Experience dans la cuisine pour preparer la salade, wrap, club Sandwich, Smoked Meat, etc. Langue parle:

Francais et Anglais

Taches du poste:

Preparer les menus et elaborer les plats. Selectionner les produits pour la realisation des menus. Realiser les cuissons des aliments, Soigner le dressage des assiettes. Nettoyer la cuisine, en fin de service. Veiller au respect des normes de securite et d'hygiene. Repondre aux questions des clients, et maintenir un certain niveau de professionnalisme lors de chaque interaction Assister les clients avec l'emballage et le transport des produits au besoin. Autres taches selon les besoins

Responsibilities and Duties

A wonderful smile and great attitude working with a team Good verbal communication skills in French and English Energetic, strong work ethic, flexible and the ability to learn and thrive with new skills and opportunities Cleans food preparation areas as determined by law and company policy Prepares foods to the specifications of the client Prepares food before the arrival of guests Makes adjustments to food items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific diet concerns Assists other cooks during the food assembly process Cleans up during business hours Promptly executes service recovery for any guest concerns or complaints by making it right with the guest, regardless of involvement in the issue
