Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic AI Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and integration of AI initiatives across all areas of our business. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in Project Management, Business Analysis, or Business Process Engineering, and a keen interest in artificial intelligence and its transformative potential.

As an AI Project Manager, you will work cross-functionally to identify business opportunities for AI, coordinate implementation efforts, and ensure projects deliver measurable value. You will play a pivotal role in helping our organization scale intelligent solutions and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Project Leadership:

Manage end-to-end delivery of AI and automation projects, from concept through deployment and optimization.

Business Alignment:

Collaborate with department leads to identify AI use cases that solve real business problems, improve processes, or enhance decision-making.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

Work with data scientists, engineers, IT, and business stakeholders to define requirements, manage expectations, and facilitate communication.

Process Optimization:

Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for AI-driven enhancements, automation, or predictive capabilities.

Risk & Change Management:

Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and support change management efforts to drive user adoption.

Vendor and Technology Management:

Evaluate external AI platforms, tools, and service providers to align with organizational goals and technical standards.

Monitoring & Reporting:

Track project progress, report on KPIs and ROI, and iterate based on performance data and stakeholder feedback.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus. 2+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, or Business Process Improvement. Hands-on experience managing technology or digital transformation projects, ideally involving AI, automation, or data analytics. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights. Knowledge of AI technologies and platforms and AI-related certifications is strongly preferred.

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
