The Role

We are seeking an AI & Automation Specialist who will design, implement, and manage automation flows and tools, AI-driven workflows, and integrations across Seaflora's business. The ideal candidate has a mix of creativity, technical curiosity, and people skills. We want someone who isn't just keeping up -- but staying ahead with new tools, trends, and ideas that can grow a small but mighty business globally.

You'll work closely with leadership to modernize workflows, integrate AI into customer experience, sales, operations, and marketing, and support our mission to remain the world's cleanest and most sustainable skincare company.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, deploy, and maintain automation workflows across platforms such as Zapier, n8n, WooCommerce, Shopify, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks. Streamline the ordering and invoicing process with QuickBooks integrations and AI-assisted workflows. Explore and build in low/no-code platforms (e.g., Vibe Coding, Claude artifacts, Make.com) to create custom business tools.Hone prompt engineering skills, understanding when to use one LLM over another. Share knowledge -- document processes and teach leadership how to use and build with new tools. Support marketing through graphic design, content automation, and social media ad optimization. Collaborate on Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads, and other digital campaigns to grow local retail and global e-commerce.

Qualifications

Experience with Zapier and n8n automation platforms. Familiarity with major AI LLMs and prompt engineering best practices. Background in graphic design and/or retail. Strong social media skills with understanding of how ads and content can grow a small business with an emphasis on interactions. Excellent communication, personability, and a positive, upbeat attitude. Ability to identify problems, create solutions, and stay current with new tools in automation, AI, and design.

Bonus Skills

Knowledge of seaweed, thalassotherapy, and/or the spa/wellness industry. Experience working in small, fast-growing businesses. Familiarity with APIs, MCB and system integrations.
