About the Role

We are looking for a skilled individual who can leverage modern AI tools to streamline our operations across knowledge management, UI/UX design, software development, QA testing, and internal support. This role is ideal for someone who understands practical AI workflows and can apply them to real business operations.

Key Responsibilities1. AI-Driven Knowledgebase Creation

Use AI tools to analyze:

Customer support emails Chat history Internal documents Product specifications
Build and maintain a clear, structured product knowledgebase for staff training and customer support.

Organize and label content so teams can easily access business logic and requirements.

2. AI-Assisted UI/UX Design & Project Creation

Use AI platforms such as

Lovable

,

Claude Code

,

Cursor

,

Gemini

, etc. to:

Generate UI/UX wireframes and prototypes Create initial project structures or scaffolding Produce design concepts for new features or modules
Work with project manager and developers to turn AI-generated designs into actionable tasks.

3. AI Support for Development, QA, and Operations

Use AI tools to:

Draft technical specifications Improve development workflows Assist with code generation or refactoring (where appropriate) Create automated QA test cases and testing scenarios Help support teams with AI-generated troubleshooting guides
Provide recommendations for adopting new AI technologies to improve efficiency.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Lovable, Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini, or similar. Ability to process and summarize large amounts of text into organized knowledge structures. Understanding of UI/UX principles with the ability to generate mockups and prototypes using AI. Familiarity with web/software development workflows (frontend or backend experience is a plus). Ability to create or refine project specs, use cases, and development documentation. Experience using AI for QA automation, test planning, or issue analysis is an asset. Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail. Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple teams.

Nice to Have

Experience with RAG or AI-driven knowledge management systems. Background in technical writing, business analysis, or UX research. QA experience (manual or automated). Understanding of dance or performing-arts industry workflows (not required, but beneficial).
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 6 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Coquitlam, BC
