Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with deep experience in AI automation to join our team. This role blends strong software engineering capabilities with an applied understanding of AI tools, agents, and workflow orchestration platforms.

You will help design, build, and deploy AI enabled applications and automations for clients across a wide range of industries. This includes architecting backend systems, developing end to end applications, integrating AI models and services, and orchestrating complex AI workflows.

Key Responsibilities

? Design scalable backend architectures and build robust full stack applications.

? Develop, deploy, and maintain AI powered automations using platforms such as

, or similar tools.

? Integrate and orchestrate multiple AI tools, frameworks, and agent technologies into cohesive solutions.

? Build solutions that operate across cloud and on premises environments.

? Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, technical experts, QA's and project teams.

? Work independently, solve problems proactively, and deliver high quality outcomes with minimal oversight.

? Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and trends.

? Stay current on and apply security and compliance best practices in every stage of research, development, deployment and maintenance.

Required Qualifications

? Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong backend engineering skills.

? Demonstrated ability to build and deploy production grade applications.

? Hands-on experience with AI workflow automation platforms (n8n or equivalent is highly valued).

? Experience integrating and orchestrating multiple AI models, APIs, tools, and agent frameworks.

? Strong knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), hybrid and on premises systems.

? Solid understanding of security, compliance, and risk frameworks related to software and AI.

? Familiarity with modern AI evolution, staying current on new capabilities, tools, and ecosystem shifts.

? Ability to work independently in a fast moving environment while also collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

? Resourceful, solution oriented, and comfortable experimenting with new technologies.

Preferred Experience

? Experience building AI agents or multi agent systems.

? Exposure to prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and/or fine tuning workflows.

? Knowledge of DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, or cloud infrastructure as code.

? Background working with SMEs or cross industry environments.
