Job Overview:
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
Demonstrate Four Rivers Co-operative's values of R esponsibility, I ntegrity, S ervice, and E xcellencein everything you do
Maintain Four Rivers Co-op's high standards for customer service
Work co-operatively with team members and customers
Serve customers at the till promptly while accepting multiple methods of payment
Stock shelves and merchandise products as required
General housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and organized store
What You Bring:
Proven knowledge of hardware products
Knowledge of agro and livestock products would be an asset
Good computer skills and demonstrated experience with a Point-of-Sale system
Adaptable, organized, efficient and committed
Be a team member with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple demands
A commitment to quality and an eye for detail
Some heavy lifting may be required
Experience in customer service will be considered an asset
A commitment to a safe work environment
You are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do
