Parkway Consumers Co-operative is hiring an Agro Admin Clerk for a permanent part-time position (approximately 24-32 hours) based at our Agro Centre located in Roblin Manitoba.
What you'll do:
The Agro Admin Clerk's responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
• Place orders on behalf of agronomists and handle the receipt of invoices for chemicals, fertilizers, seeds, agricultural products, and equipment. Processing of associated paperwork.
• General administrative tasks such as answering phones, entering data into spreadsheets, and housekeeping duties.
• Facilitating product transfers.
• Processing crop supplies sales into manufacturers' systems.
• Assisting with billing support for the Agro team.
Tracking inventory.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Agro Administration and:
• Able to work extended hours during peak season.
• You have a grade 12 diploma.
You have a valid Class 5 driver's license with reliable transportation.

The following would be considered an asset:
• Understanding of Ag products and the Ag business.
• Proficiency in working with Excel spreadsheets and Word documents.
• You have strong communication and organizational skills.
• You're honest and trustworthy, striving to be the best at what you do.
