Canada Fluorspar (NL) Inc. is seeking a driven and experienced
Aggregate Business Development Manager
to lead growth and sales for our aggregate product line. The successful candidate will identify new markets, foster client relationships, and ensure quality and compliance with customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement aggregate sales and business-development strategies
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities and customer accounts
- Coordinate product certification and lead-registration processes with buyers
- Establish and negotiate sales contracts and pricing models
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure order fulfilment
- Build relationships with key stakeholders including contractors, municipalities, and construction companies
- Represent CFI at trade shows, conferences, and industry meetings
- Ensure adherence to established quality-assurance procedures and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of sales or business-development experience (mining, construction, or aggregate sectors preferred)
- Fluent in English with strong oral and written communication skills
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and priority-setting abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
