Agent(e) pour les reservations

COMMIS(E) POUR LES RESERVATIONS

U-Haul cherche une personne sympathique, courtoise et professionnelle qui travaillerait en tant que commis(e) pour les reservations dans notre bureau de Compagnie-marketing regional pour aider les clients de U-Haul en leur fournissant des reservations de camions, remorques, conteneurs U-Box, remorquage et autres services de location connexes ainsi qu'en offrant du soutien a ces clients.


U-Haul offre a ses commis pour les reservations :

Responsabilites des commis pour les reservations :

Acheminer l'equipement U-Haul arrivant aux etablissements de location pour honorer toutes les reservations confirmees. Aider a surveiller les inventaires d'equipement de location dans le territoire geographique attribue a la Compagnie-marketing. Mettre a jour, reviser et verifier les rapports d'inventaire. Repondre aux demandes des clients. Aider les Centres et les Concessionnaires pour les reservations et les taches supplementaires. Planifier les itineraires U-Box pour les clients locaux.

Qualifications minimales :

Un diplome d'etudes secondaires ou l'equivalent. Une connaissance pratique du protocole telephonique ainsi que des outils de bureau tels que les telephones multilignes, Word et le courriel. De l'experience en service a la clientele.

RESERVATION AGENT

U-Haul is looking for a personable, courteous, and professional Reservation Agent to work in our regional marketing office to assist customers with assigning reservations for and assisting customers with U-Haul Trucks, Trailers, U-Boxes, towing, and other related rental services.

Reservation Agent Responsibilities:

Direct incoming U-Haul equipment to rental facilities to fill every confirmed reservations Assist in controlling rental equipment inventories within the assigned marketing company geographic area Update, review, and audit inventory reports Answer customer inquiries Assist centers and dealers with reservations and additional tasks Schedule U-Box routes for customers in local area

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent Working knowledge of office equipment such as multi-line phones, phone etiquette, Word, and email. Customer service experience
