We specialize in providing high-quality heating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and services. With a growing customer base in the United States, we are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Telephonist to join our team.
Role Overview
As a Sales Telephonist, you will be responsible for contacting warm leads--potential customers who have already shown interest in our HVAC services. Your main objective will be to engage prospects, understand their needs, present our solutions, and convert them into satisfied customers.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to warm leads in the U.S.
Present HVAC products and services clearly and persuasively.
Listen to customers' needs and provide tailored solutions.
Manage leads efficiently to maximize conversion rates.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Participate in ongoing training to continuously improve sales and customer service skills.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, telesales, or customer service (HVAC industry a plus).
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with potential customers.
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service excellence.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working with targets.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
