Raison d'etre du poste



Relevant du superviseur de methodes, le ou la titulaire du poste elabore et redige les gammes de fabrication d'outillages de maintenance d'aeronefs conformement aux exigences et specifications des clients, aux normes de l'industrie et celles de l'entreprise, tout en optimisant les couts de production, le rendement et les methodes de travail.

Responsabilites:

Analyser les dessins techniques, interpreter et valider les requis; Elaborer les etapes de fabrication; Au besoin, modeliser en 3D les outils et sous-composants (CATIA V5); Produire les aides visuelles pour l'usinage, l'assemblage et l'inspection; Rediger les gammes de fabrication et d'assemblage; Etablir et definir la gamme de fabrication en equipe avec les programmeurs; Assurer le support technique aux operations de l'usine; Etre a l'affut des nouveaux developpements et processus dans l'industrie aeronautique; Travailler en etroite collaboration avec tous les departements; Participer a la conception des outillages internes.

Exigences de l'emploi



Scolarite requise:

DEC en genie mecanique; ou BAC en genie mecanique ou aeronautique; ou Toute autre formation professionnelle jumelee a une experience pertinente pourra etre considere.
Competences techniques:

Minimum de 3 annees d'experience pertinente dans l'industrie aeronautique, manufacturiere ou de fabrication de precision; Maitrise du logiciel CATIA V5.
Competences personnelles:

Sens de l'organisation, esprit d'analyse et ingeniosite; Bonne capacite de resolution de problemes; Oriente vers les resultats et la satisfaction du client; Capacite a travailler sous pression avec des delais restreints.

Purpose of the Position



Reporting to the Methods Supervisor, the individual develops and writes manufacturing ranges for aircraft maintenance tooling in accordance with customer requirements and specifications, industry standards and company standards, while optimising production costs, output and work methods.

Responsibilities:

Analysing technical drawings, interpreting and validating requirements; Developing manufacturing steps; If required, 3D modelling of tools and sub-components (CATIA V5); Producing visual aids for machining, assembly and inspection; Drafting manufacturing and assembly routings; Establishing and defining the manufacturing range as a team with the programmers; Providing technical support for plant operations; Keeping up to date of new developments and processes in the aeronautical industry; Working closely with all departments; Participating in the design of in-house tooling.

Job Requirements



Education Required:

DCS in mechanical engineering; or BAC in mechanical or aeronautical engineering; or Any other professional training combined with relevant experience may be considered.
Technical Skills:

Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in the aerospace, manufacturing or precision manufacturing industry; Proficiency in CATIA V5 software.
Personal Skills:

Organisational skills, analytical mind and ingenuity; Good problem-solving skills; Results-oriented and customer-oriented; Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
