We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top Realtors to meet our organizational needs. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to talent acquisition, and the ability to utilize various recruitment tools and platforms effectively.
Duties
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions that attract qualified candidates.
Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates through lead generation techniques.
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for interviews.
Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in recruitment systems like Salesforce and ADP.
Build a strong pipeline of talent by networking and engaging with potential candidates through various channels.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred with Real Estate.
Strong research skills with the ability to identify potential candidates through various sourcing methods.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of lead generation techniques will be considered a plus.
