Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un Agent de bureau pour rejoindre notre equipe Sante, Securite et Environnement basee a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada)
Vous ferez partie de l'equipe Sante, Securite & Environnement chargee de :
Assurer l'adherence aux politiques et procedures de sante securite de l'entreprise et doivent etre alignees avec les objectifs strategiques de l'organisation;
Effectuer des analyses securitaires de taches pour supporter la production;
Guider la conception de projets et la gestion de changement;
Etre en amelioration continue pour garantir l'efficacite et la performance;
Effectuer des audits de maitrise operationnelle et des evaluations de risques.
L'organisation de l'equipe est etablie de maniere a promouvoir la collaboration transversale de maniere autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.
Votre role en tant que agent de bureau en sante et securite est essentiel pour garantir l'efficacite de nos operations. Vous gererez les taches administratives cruciales, de la gestion de documents et de la communication a la coordination des activites, ce qui permettra a notre equipe de se concentrer sur la prevention des risques.

Vos defis:
Tenir a jour le registre des evenements SSE en travaillant en etroite collaboration avec les conseillers SSE et le service medical;
Proceder a la redaction et la diffusion d'une variete de correspondance (francais et anglais) en matiere de sante, securite et environnement;
Effectuer le suivi des receptions ainsi que l'approbation des factures fournisseurs dans SAP;
Effectuer la creation des Purchase Request (PR) dans SAP et maintenir a jour le registre de creation de Bons de commandes;
Participer a l'exercice des courus de fin de mois;
Proceder a l'extraction des donnees afin de produire certains rapports de performance;
Assister aux reunions requises et assurer la redaction et la distribution des ordres du jour et des proces-verbaux;
Supporter les conseillers dans la preparation et la realisation technique de leurs projets.
Effectuer le suivi des activites prevues au calendrier operationnel de facon a ce que les plans de travail et les echeanciers soient respectes.
Assurer la liaison avec differentes personnes, tant a l'interne qu'a l'externe, et ce a tous les niveaux de l'organisation et en offrant un service a la clientele de niveau superieur;
Assurer les commandes de materiel bureau et materiel de securite demande par l'equipe;
Gerer les demandes de badge pour les contracteurs externes et les visiteurs;
Toute autre tache connexe en lien avec le poste d'agent de bureau SSE.
Votre profil:
Etre en mesure d'associer plaisir et performance au travail dans un contexte de changement et d'evolution;
Diplome d'etudes collegiales ou toute autre combinaison de formation et d'experience pertinente sera consideree;
Trois (3) a cinq (5) ans d'experience dans un role similaire;
Excellente connaissance des logiciels de Google suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Sheets, Slides, etc);
La connaissance de SAP est un atout;
Vous etes minutieux, avez le souci du detail et faites preuve de professionnalisme;
Avoir une excellente capacite d'apprentissage et un bon jugement professionnel;
Etre flexible, disponible et avoir une bonne capacite a gerer les priorites;
Habiletes reconnues en communications (bilinguisme a l'oral et a l'ecrit) et en relations interpersonnelles;
Capacites d'analyse, de synthese et a vulgariser l'information.

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for Office Agent to join our our Health, Safety and Environment team team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada).
You will be part of the Health, Safety & Environment team responsible for:
Ensuring adherence to the company's health and safety policies and procedures, aligned with the organization's strategic objectives;
Supporting operations by conducting job safety analyses;
Supporting project design and change management;
Engaging in continuous improvement to guarantee efficiency and performance;
Conducting operational control audits and risk assessments.
The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.
Your role as a Health and Safety Office agent is essential to ensuring the efficiency of our operations. You will handle crucial administrative tasks, from document management and communication to activity coordination, allowing our team to focus on risk prevention.

Your challenges:
Maintain the HSE event log by working closely with HSE advisors and the medical department;
Draft and distribute a variety of correspondence (French and English) related to health, safety, and the environment;
Track receipts and approve supplier invoices in SAP;
Create Purchase Requests (PRs) in SAP and maintain the PO creation log;
Participate in the month-end accruals process;
Extract data to produce performance reviews;
Attend required meetings and ensure the drafting and distribution of agendas and minutes;
Support advisors in the preparation and technical implementation of their projects.
Monitor activities scheduled in the operational calendar to ensure work plans and deadlines are met.
Interact with various people, both internally and externally, at all levels of the organization, providing superior customer service;
Order office and security equipment requested by the team;
Manage badge requests for external contractors and visitors;
Any other related tasks related to the HSE office agent position.
Your boarding pass:
Be able to combine fun and performance in a context of change and evolution;
College diploma or any other combination of training and relevant experience will be considered;
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role;
Excellent knowledge of Google Suite software (Gmail, Google Drive, Sheets, Slides, etc.);
Knowledge of SAP is an asset;
You are meticulous, detail-oriented, and professional;
Have excellent learning abilities and sound professional judgment;
Be flexible, available, and have a good ability to manage priorities;
Proven communication skills (bilingualism, both oral and written) and interpersonal skills;
Ability to analyze, synthesize, and translate information into simple language.
