• Assign seats to passengers using computer reservation systems
• Check passenger baggage to determine those which are oversized and overweight to ensure travel standards are met
• Prepare boarding passes for passengers
• Calculate load weights for aircraft compartments
• Pre-flight documentation
• Trace missing baggage and/or cargo shipments
• Assist clients/guests with special needs
• Attend boarding gates and assist pre-boarding passengers
• Make, cancel and change flight reservations
• Prepare and issue tickets and receipts
• Provide customer service
• Security and safety
