Responsabilites principales:




Repondre aux demandes des clients generees par nos differents sites internet en lien avec les vehicules neufs et d'occasions; Faire la prise de rendez-vous en concessions pour departement des ventes en communiquant avec les clients par telephone, courriels et textos; Faire un suivi aupres de la clientele des ventes; Confirmer les rendez-vous.

Qualifications et competences requises

:

Avoir un sens de l'initiative, une capacite d'adaptation, de la minutie et savoir user de son jugement;

- Pouvoir communiquer en francais et en anglais afin de repondre aux besoins de notre clientele bilingue;

Avoir de l'entregent et un ton de voix confiant et dynamique; Etre capable de travailler dans un environnement informatise et en constante evolution; Identifier et traiter les priorites afin d'atteindre les objectifs; Avoir une aisance a transiger avec une clientele d'affaires; Avoir de la facilite et de l'interet a travailler en equipe.

Main responsibilities:



Respond to customer inquiries generated by our various websites related to new and used vehicles; Make appointments in dealerships for the sales department by communicating with customers by telephone, e-mail and text message; Follow up with sales customers; Confirm appointments.

Required Qualifications and Skills:



Have a sense of initiative, adaptability, attention to detail and good judgment; Ability to communicate in French and English to meet the needs of our bilingual clientele; Communicate professionally by phone and email; Interpersonal skills and a confident and dynamic tone of voice; Ability to work in a fast-paced, computerized environment; Identify and address priorities in order to achieve objectives; Ability to identify and address priorities in order to achieve objectives; Ability to deal with a business clientele; * Ability and interest in working in a team environment.
