We are looking for a nurses to join our team and provide quality care to our patients of various facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, administering medications and treatments, and monitoring patient progress. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a commitment to providing quality care, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in accordance with the physician's orders. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Provide patient education and counseling on health maintenance and disease prevention. Perform diagnostic tests and analyze results. Monitor vital signs and document changes in the patient's condition. Maintain accurate patient records and reports.

Compensation:

Independent Contractors

CHC Inc. prefers independent contractors who meet the above criteria and the following criteria. (We can also offer support to get the applicant setup as an independent contractor).

The independent contractor pays WSIB Premiums, pays both the employer and employee portions of CPP Contributions, The independent contractor is at least 18 years old and maintains the amount of professional liability insurance required by their regulatory college.
Salary: $55/hr as an independent contractor. Alternately, Nurses can go on payroll but note that salary and all deductions will be deducted from the rates below.

LPN: Starting at $55/hour up to $60/hr.
