What You'll Be Doing:

As an Ag Solutions Driver, you'll be an ambassador for Riverbend Co-op. Your main responsibility is to pick up and deliver ag products such as grain, fertilizer, petroleum, and gravel. You'll also support daily yard, warehouse, and inventory operations.

Your day-to-day will include:

Safely operating delivery units, completing pre- and post-trip inspections, and ensuring your truck is maintained for daily use. Loading and unloading ag solutions products, confirming deliveries are invoiced and accurate. Maintaining a delivery schedule and ensuring timely service to our members. Providing excellent customer service, respecting customer property and preferences, and keeping communication professional and clear. Supporting yard operations with organization, equipment maintenance, and seasonal tasks. Following all health, safety, and environmental policies and ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.

What You'll Need:

A valid Class 1A Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract. Proven experience with hauling and safe operation of trucks and trailers. Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform minor repairs and maintenance. Certification in the transportation of dangerous goods and NH3 safety (or willingness to obtain). Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety and teamwork.
